Design Around the Product's Support Points
A narrow track must sit beneath a stable part of the base, particularly when several tracks carry one product.
A Slim Carrying Track for Lane Layouts
The 2542E forms a narrow continuous track from pinned modules. The open structure provides contact along a small carrying width. Product support depends on where that track meets the base.
For a layout with several tracks, their spacing is as important as individual width. Position the tracks under stable contact areas and review the unsupported base between them. A flexible tray may need a different arrangement from a rigid package.

Locate Each Track Beneath the Base
Provide track center spacing and the product contact footprint. Check side clearance and the support immediately below each narrow chain.
Support Products on Parallel Carrying Tracks
Narrow chains can be considered for straight lane arrangements where the product is supported at selected parts of its base. The gaps between tracks leave access beneath the product.
Track spacing must suit the smallest base as well as the largest. At loading, a product placed off-center can miss a support track; at discharge, each track ends at its own support point. Review the complete loading and transfer arrangement.
