295 Horizontal Plain Bend
The 295 horizontal plain bend redirects a broad flexible-chain route through a curved multi-member assembly. The supplied arrangement shows 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° bend choices.

Check the whole width of the assembly and every beam connection. Centre radius, inner path and outer path must remain distinct in the layout.
Keep Parallel Members on One Curve
The 295 arrangement uses parallel curved members joined across the carrying path. The inner and outer members follow different arc lengths while forming the same turn. Their transverse position matters to the support of the broad chain above them.
Choose the angle from the required route change, then establish the radius and tangent positions on the accepted drawing. A model number and turn angle alone cannot determine the overall footprint.

Dimensions & Fit
Provide a plan identifying the centre-radius reference and the beam ends on both sides of the bend. Check the transverse connections against the adjoining straight assembly.
Change Direction With a Broad Carrying Surface
A broad flexible-chain path needs continuous support across its width through the bend. The multiple curved members establish that support while the guides control the product lane above it.
Assess the smallest supported base as well as the largest overhanging product. These checks address different concerns: support between members and clearance around the turn.
