Concentrate Side Guidance at One Height
One roller row gives the 912 a compact contact region along the product wall. As products move beside it, the rollers can turn at the contact point. Product stability still depends on the base support and the position of the opposing guide.
This arrangement needs a suitable sidewall contact line. A recessed wall or a projecting rim can make a product contact the frame unevenly. Compare the loaded pack profile with the roller face before setting the brackets.

Dimensions & Fit
Measure from the carrying surface to the intended contact line. Check the frame depth and bracket clearance behind the rollers, especially beside machine guards.
Align guide ends so a pack does not meet an exposed section edge. The longitudinal spacing of the rollers should be checked against small packs and flexible wrapping that could enter a gap.
Guide Packs Through a Straight Approach
A single contact level can guide cartons or containers whose sides remain consistent at the chosen height. Near a machine infeed, keep the guide parallel to the required lane so the roller face does not squeeze the pack progressively.
In an accumulation area, assess side pressure with the expected queue. Roller contact does not establish a permissible accumulation load or guarantee product stability.
