915 Lane Divider Roller Side Guide
The 915 lane divider roller side guide separates adjacent conveying lanes with a single row of rollers. Upper and lower members hold the roller row within a 1000 mm section.

Set the divider at a height where products on both sides meet the rollers. Check each lane's clear width after allowing for the complete divider section.
Separate Lanes at One Contact Level
The 915 creates a lane boundary with rolling contact at one height. Its single-row format suits layouts where the product wall offers a narrow, consistent contact region. The frame locates the rollers, while the conveyor continues to support and move the product beneath them.
A divider serves two neighbouring paths. Product shape and lane spacing therefore need checking on both sides, including at the divider entry. Align the upper and lower supports so that a product reaches the rollers before encountering a frame edge.

Dimensions & Fit
Check the height of the roller contact line relative to each product base. Where one lane carries a taller or tapered pack, the same divider position may contact a different part of its wall.
Divide Parallel Product Streams
A single row can keep adjacent streams apart where packs share a common stable contact height. During queuing, products may remain against the divider, so side pressure and frame support need consideration together.
At a merge or divider exit, the product loses that boundary. Continue the downstream guide in line with the intended path and check the transition with the smallest pack format.
